I used to validate some dialogs with ctrl+enter (for example kdialog --textinput), but this is no longer the case. How can I revert back to previous behavior ?

Ctrl+Enter doesn't seem to do anything, not even inserting a new line. Shift+Enter as well as plain Enter do add new line, but not Ctrl+Enter nor Shift+Ctrl+Enter

I would like to have Ctrl+Enter validate the kdialog --textinput
