If I commit, I always get this error:

I can delete the whole repos, and create it new, the error happens at the same place.

The errormessage is not helping at all.

Unfortunately I do not use KDESVN, finding the command line "svn" client easier to use. Could you please provide a translation of the error message?

I would be happier if it would not translate the error strings. But I do not know how to change the language for a single kde application.

You can change the language for a single KDE application through Help > Switch Application Language.

Unfortunately I do not know what that message is. Could you please try using the command line svn client and see if it encounters the same problem?

svn --help should help.
svn di will provide a diff of your changes.
svn ci will commit your changes, you can provide a message with the -m switch. If you wish to have a space in your message, remember to enclose it in quotes.
