While updating from 2.6 to 2.7 Amarok show this legens on start up:

"The amarok database reported the following errors:
GREPME MySQL-server query failed! (2003) Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) on na
In most cases you will need to resolve these errors before Amarok will run properly."

Now i cant use mysql to manage the local collection

¿Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

In Amarok > Settings > Configure Amarok > Database, please make sure "Use external MySQL database" is unchecked.

I often get the same message.
But after starting amarok a second time, the message disappears and amarok starts without any further error messages.
Do you have any network devices added to your playlists? It seems, that amarok can't handle them properly.
Perhaps, somebody knows a solution for this.

Are these attached network drives, or simple network shares which you access via "\\serverName\share"?

but... I want to use MySQL to handle my local colection... And I'm not using any external device: all my music is in my hard drive.
And if Amarok starts after the error it wont display any file in Local Colection.
Now I've unchecked "Use external MySQL database" so I can use Amarok anyway, but I think that It will decrease It's performance (100 Gb of music).

Amarok by default uses the internal MySQL embedded database, no need for an external one, and there are no performance issues at all.

Sorry, but what is the exact difference between those device types?
I use a simple NAS with Twonkey; in Windows I have access to my music-files via "\\serverName\music".

In that case, using the existing external MySQL server is probably the better option - just make sure to configure the settings correctly.

The difference is that "attached network drives" are mounted into the system (under Windows, these would be given a drive letter such as Z:) while "simple network shares" are accessed via paths such as "\\serverName\share". The difference between them is purely in how the client interacts with them - and has nothing to do with the server.

I followed mamarok's advice and choosed the embedded MySQL database. My network drive is given a drive letter Y., so I imported the complete directory as a new collection. After restart of amarok the local collection with all music-files is available.
Don't know why I cannot use the external MySQL-database in the same manner as well?

In theory at least, you should be able to use the external MySQL server - however that will probably depend on all machines using that database having the same paths to the files on disk I suspect.
