I've downloaded and installed the KDE 4.2.2 package, but i don't know where Amarok is (in the package list.)

Did you select it in the installer?  I have the 4.1.3 release which shouldn't be that much different.  Start -> All Programs -> KDE 4.*.* Release -> Multimedia -> Amarok

There's no multimedia folder.

I see so that means you did not select it within the installer.  Rerun the install and select the check box next to it to install.
