Please allow the border of an inline note to be removed. I can set the background to white but I cannot remove the border.

I would like to remove the border then I can add text to .pdf files, even those NOT set-up as forms. Allowing a border-less inline annotation would allow me to put the additional information in and then reprint to .pdf. Having a white background in the annotation would allow me to correct errors by overlaying text, a transparent background would allow the lines or boxes of a form to show through.

That way, I could simply scan in any kind of form and overlay inline annotations to neatly fill out the form and then print it or even save it for future use.
