are you trying to read it in Oklular or something else ? if something else is it still readable by Okular?

Okular seems to be the only program that can read it. Is there a recommended way to edit editable pdf's? I don't really care which way I do it I just wanna be able to do it in Linux. |

What do you mean by unreadable? Can't you open the PDF anymore, or are the annotations not showing up? If it's the latter, see the link posted by google01103.

I can't open it on my iphone, android, and several windows users that I emailed my pdf to can't open it. Sorry I used the wrong terminology. It is a fillable pdf. Something like this.
