Okular seems to be the only program that can read it. Is there a recommended way to edit editable pdf's? I don't really care which way I do it I just wanna be able to do it in Linux.

What do you mean by unreadable? Can't you open the PDF anymore, or are the annotations not showing up? If it's the latter, see the link posted by google01103.

I can't open it on my iphone, android, and several windows users that I emailed my pdf to can't open it.

Sorry I used the wrong terminology. It is a fillable pdf. Something like this. Can you please fix my title?

Can you recommend a Linux PDF program that properly handle fillable pdf's?
