Usually you can move the pop up note icon on a PDF by clicking it and dragging it. I'm getting no such luck trying that in Okular. Has anyone found this difficult as well? How did you get around it?

for anyone who was curious you have to hold ctrl then drag the sticky note icon. now i'm confused as to how one resizes inline notes but whatever.
