Use shortcut keys suggested by Okular's menu?

In Okular's menu, File -> Save As, where there is an underline below "A" in "As". But when I hit Ctrl+A, it selects all the text in the pdf file. What is the shortcut key to save the current document? Thanks!

The underlined letters are the "Accelerators", they only work when the menu is visible and then the key you have to press is Alt, not Ctrl. To set a "global" shortcut, right-click on the menu entry or use Settings -> Configure Shortcuts.
