Get original document and annotation files from archive file

From a .okular archive file, how can I extract a original document (pdf or djvu) file and a anotation (xml) file? Thanks.

You should be able to use any application capable of manipulating the *.zip format to open a *.okular document archive. On a KDE Plasma Desktop, Ark can be used to do this (although you'll need to manually specify the format as being a Zip file).
