I use Okular to grade my students' papers by using the annotations features. This is fantastic.
I have a standard set of feedback messages that I paste into highlighter, inline note and pop-up note annotations. The copying and pasting can get quite time consuming, depending on the student. Is there a way to write a macro that will, for example, annotate a piece of text and paste a specific message in the annotation? Thanks for the help. Johan |

You could use a custom stamp for this purpose. 1) Create your custom icons as e.g pngs and put them into a folder listed in output of "kde4-config - -path icon" 2) Add a new Annotation type "Stamp" and enter the name of one of your icons from 1) in the the combobox "Stamp Symbol" |
