Doesn't stay edited file when i move pdf to another device

I am using okular Version 0.14.3.
I edit a pdf and add some note from my desktop.
But when i move that pdf to my laptop then my edited things are not seen in my pdf.
My OS is kali linux 1.1.0.
How do i keep save permanently my edited things in my pdf ? :'(

You use an really old and outdated version of Okular, either update to a recent version or use
