I would like to change the default horizontal scrolling key combination, that is ALT-WHEEL, to the more common SHIFT-WHEEL. I can't find where to change it. I am using KDE Plasma 5.10.2, could someone point me to the right place where to change this behaviour? Thank you very much!!
