??? On a recent laptop I want to read out loud a long text document.
Okular is 1.4.2
KDE Neon is 5.13 with Qt 5.11 and based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
I had installed Jovie and Kmouth before with no luck.
It's still silent.
Is there more I can do now? (upgrade Neon to an unstable version, tweak something?)
Or should I wait for the next Neon release based on 18.04 LTS?

In google searches I found a post by tosky saying jovie was obsolete...

I do not know whether kubuntu comes with PackageEdit package manager pkcon.

Although you can use apt search, or maybe, apt remove --purge and install it again with fresh dependencies.

Hope it help you.
