When viewing electronic copies of books (pdfs) in Okular, often the viewer's page number does not correctly match the book page numbering, due to cover pages etc.

I was wondering if there was a way of specifying an offset for the page numbers. In general Okular seems pretty clever in handling the page numbers in properly formatted ebooks.
