I have a strange problem here:
I can't print nor save pdf files with Okular (and also with qpdfview).
Problem is, that the temporary postcript files which are generated in tmp are not accessible. Funny enough these files are generated without giving permission to anybody. Even the owner has no permission to read the file (nor to write or execute). For printing I have found a workaround, by choosing "enforce rasterize" in the printing options. But I can'T save any pdf. I have no clue what to do.

This problem exists on two PCs with KDE Neon Bionic installed. The problem also exists with a fresh user generated.

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution for your problem?
