I'm running debian buster. Since a while I cannot print PDF with okular only on one system running buster.
Okular creates a temporary file /tmp/okular*.ps with access rights 0. So lpr cannot access this file. I looked into this file and saw it was created by pdftops from poppler. So I replaced /usr/bin/pdftops and /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftops by scripts to see how it is called. But after this change the same temporary files are created. How is printing done ? By which means the temporary PS file is created? Lutz |
