From what I understand, bookmarks created in open EPUB documents can be saved as EPUBs, where as annotations created in open EPUBs can only be saved using the Okular document format.

Is there a format which allows saving of both annotations AND bookmarks using Okular?

If not, are there any recommendations as to an EPUB viewer/editor which will allow this?
