I need to save PDFs as 1.4a format.

But Okular doesn't give me any option as the gnome alternative does. Version 1.6.3 only offers me to save as PDF (and then it will just copy the file, unsupported xforms and all) or export as plain txt.

Is there anyway to accomplish this with Okular?

If I print to PDF, disable annotation and do not force rasterization it will save as PDF1.4!

The gnome print to pdf had a checkbox to force portable 1.4a format. Glad to see it also works on KDE print to pdf, but it could have an option to force it or make it clearer that it will happen somehow, instead of forcing the user to do trial and error
