text-to-speech voice option

Sun Jan 12, 2020 11:53 am
Hello everybody,

I just installed Okular (via windows store) on my computer (Windows 10) and I would like to use the option tools→speak current page with different voices. Currently, work just with windows default voice.
In fact, I work with three different languages (French, English, Japanese) and listen an essay in English with a French loud accent is just horrible.
I tried to change computer voice, system account language and a lot of things. Didn't work.
I read somewhere that okular use QT something to read the pdf file but I guess is different on windows.

I would like to change speaker voice depending on pdf language. Is it possible?

Thanks for your help
