Okular

Sat Mar 21, 2020 8:20 am
Is it possible to hide the lateral panel in Okular? The bookmarks, contents, thumbnails, etc... are useful, but for people with small screens they take too much width.

I tried to hide it using the menu "right click with the mouse" but there isn't nothing there. In settings I couldn't find anything neither.

I think KDE4 in general is not very small-screen-friendly, although there are some screenshots with small devices that seem cool.

KDE4, are you really talking about KDE4? Years have gone by since...

How about F7? This hides the Navigation Panel, but maybe you are using a far too old version...

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
