In the top windows bar, where is name of the window and button for minimize, maximize and close, there is not corrent chars in windows 1250. I use czech chars, for example "ěščřžýáíéúůďťň", but in the bar is different chars. I have set the czech language. Any lang settings is in Tools -> language settings. Or some similar, because I have czech UI. Also in this bar is not name of file.
Can I set the encoding and also what is to be displayed in the toolbar?
