Okular can't open files from Windows 10 file explorer

When I trying to open .cbz files in Okular from Windows 10 File Explorer I'm receivng rerror:
"Windows cannot access specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to acces the item." but files can be opened directly from Okular file menu or by drag and drop. I'm using Okular installed from Windows Store. |
