Find: highlight all matches

Mon Mar 01, 2021 6:46 pm
Hi there!
Occasionally I wish Okular would highlight all matches of a find action.

A use case where it would be important: I am searching something in a document, and I search for a keyword which occurs quite often, therefore going to the next match would be too slow. On the other hand, flipping through the pages, I could find the part of the document I was looking for.

I have not found any option to change the current behaviour. Is there any way to achieve this?

I am currently using Okular 1.9.3 on a Xubuntu 20.04 LTS machine.

You can search from the "Thumbnail" sidebar, and all results are highlighted.

Thanks! I would have not found it by myself. It is not intuitive for me. I would have expected an option for that under the Options button/drop-up-menu in the find bar at the bottom.
