If you talk about the menubar, it is handled by some underlying libraries. You should probably see the same issue with other Qt-based application.
Maybe it's a problem with the distribution or the package you are using. Have you checked in the support channel of whoever provided the Okular package? Is the package up-to-date?

Hello tosky, thank you for your reply, as a newbie I don't know if I have Qt-based applications! I installed Linuxfx 10.6 which is using Linux Mint 20 Ulyana - cinnamon and I downlaoded Okular with Mintinstall and I see that the version is : 4:19.12.3-ubuntu1; can I upgrade if that is the solution, or do I have to mention this problem to Mint ? regards, Lus |

You can try other Qt-based applications (for example the ones developed by the KDE community (https://apps.kde.org/), but also others.
I don't know the policy updates of Mint: it's likely they don't provide newer versions unless you upgrade the distributions. You may try to get the package using the Flatpak packages, your distribution should probably allow you to use them (see https://docs.flatpak.org/en/latest/using-flatpak.html, https://pointieststick.com/2018/01/13/f ... -discover/, https://flatpak.org/setup/Kubuntu/). In any case it may be worth mentioning it in the Mint support channels, especially if other applications are affected and you reproduce the issue with a fresh user on your system.
