I'm printing PDFs through Okular using KDE's print dialog. It then has a PDF options tab. How can I set the defaults of these options? Specifically, I'd like to deselect the option to print annotations and change the default scaling to "None/print at original size" from "Fit to printable area" (both option names translated from Dutch).
