Strange picture over the stamp section

Hi to all.
I see a strange picture covering the "stamp" section of a PDF document. The picture looks like a thumbnail of a generic document and prevents me to see and read the underneath text hidden by that picture. I've tried all the options in order to remove that thumbnail, but I had no luck. How can I solve the problem? That's what it looks like https://ibb.co/gJpmmLb
