Highlight with right click

Hey,
So far I know how to highlight by pressing F6 to bring up the annotation tab and then clicking the highlight button. Is there a way to highlight instead via a right click, or some way to make it smoother and faster than moving the mouse back and forth from the button to the text? Thanks very much. |
