Okular don't have "Tools > Speak *" options

Hello

I follow this :

tutorial to enable TTS in Okular but there aren't "Speak Current Page" and "Speak Whole Document" options at "Tools" menu.
In some tutorials i see those options are inactive before installing plugin but are hidden in my case.
What must i do to appear those options?

Okular properties:
Version 1.3.2
KDE Frameworks 5.54.0
Qt 5.11.3 (built against 5.11.3)
The xcb windowing system

OS :
Kernel: 4.19.0-17-amd64 x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 8.3.0
Distro: MX-19.4_x64 patito feo March 31 2021 base: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

I have the exact same problem.
I have also installed Jovie and nothing.

Okular: Versión 1.3.2
KDE Frameworks 5.54.0
Qt 5.11.3 (compilado con 5.11.3)
El sistema de ventanas xcb

Sistema operativo: Debian GNU/Linux 10
Versión de KDE Plasma: 5.14.5
Versión de Qt: 5.11.3

The webpage does state that you need Okular version 1.4 or later, and what you have in Debian is 1.3.2......
