contents view scrolls when page scrolls

For now

When pages scroll, contents view on the left side never scroll
When opening a pdf, and the last page location is restored, but contents view is reset to the top

sumatra (https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/free-pdf-reader) is a good example that the contents view scrolls automatically according when pages scroll.
