Scroll with okular in non continous mode and full page size

I'm running okular 21.08.1 (plasmashell 5.22.5 under Manjaro Linux) and I've noticed that the scroll (with the mouse wheel) in full page size and non continous mode does not work properly with some mouses. This is true in particular for Logitech mouses M705 and M720. Is this a known issue?
