I mean a tag like :
When i put such image tag in a .html file, the browser properly displays the image, but Okular shows nothing .. I'm on Linux Devuan Chimaera 4.0 (based on Debian Bullseye 11.1) and by apt i can default install Okular v20.12.3. I even compiled the newer v22.03.70 from GitHub (after installing many dependency KDE modules) but both versions fail to display the image in a .md file. At last i had no errors at compilation and Okular 22.03.70 seems to properly display all other file formats, but not a base64 encoded image .. btw. executing the compiled Okular at terminal gives this error at start : qt.qpa.xcb: QXcbConnection: XCB error: 5 (BadAtom), sequence: 490, resource id: 0, major code: 20 (GetProperty), minor code: 0 Then Okular functions OK, so i think this "error" is not severe, but i'm not sure .. is "XCB" involved here ? Why "BadAtom" ? Do i have to fully install / re-install XCB ? If yes, then how ? |
