Hello!

I was wondering how to make or where is the error log file or how i can generate one in Okular, but in Windows. I suppose in Linux, if i launch it throw a console it will show some kind of log, but i don't know how to do it in Windows.

The main thing to do it, is because i found an issue when try to do a certificate sign, after i choose the certificate in the list and where to save the signed PDF, Okular crashes and generates an empty file "okular_iZRJXZ.pdf" (the letters change each time) where i have chosen where to save the PDF. But i would like to add some log or something more to report to the bug tracker, and i don't know how to do it.

I was reading something about DrKonqi and kdewin-installer, but i don't know where to find that kdewin-installer or if it is still in development. Also i tested Okular from Windows Store, and last Okular Release and Okular Nightly from binary-factory, and all of them have the issue.

The funny thing is all of these is to debug other issue i found with specific certificates in windows with Adobe Reader and others (any one what use the Windows certificate store), but in Linux with Okular they worked, and when i tested in windows found that Okular crash with all certificates (they come from the Firefox certificate store).

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Finally i added the bug here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461170. I tried to use this guideline https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_an ... e_with_GDB with GDB compiled in WinLibs https://winlibs.com/, however, the Okular nightly (22.11.70) doesn't have debug symbols so it isn't as useful as if it has them. At the moment i can't compile Okular myself, so i don't know if i can do something more...
