Can not find a plugin which is able to handle the document..

Hello, I am trying to open .djvu document on KDE neon, it gives me next error:
Code: Select all
Could not open file:///home/vladyslav/Lib/Stephen Prata - Язык программирования и лекции.djvu.
Can not find a plugin which is able to handle the document being passed.

Evince opens it and okular dont. How to fix it?
