Exporting/saving an inverted pdf in its inverted look

Is there any way I can export or save a PDF I'm viewing inverted in it's inverted state, but still retain the vectorbased elements?

My specific use is I have another program that exports a SVG file that is mostly vectors, but based on top of a PNG image that is white lines on a black background. If I use something dumb like MS Edge to convert the SVG to PDF (which does preserve the vectors), Okular does a magnificent job of inverting the entire thing on my screen. However I now would like to save/export this PDF as it appears on my screen, with black lines on white background. I can not find a way to do this... in PRINT PREVIEW it shows as black-on-white, but the saved file is viewed as white-on-black in any other PDF viewer.

Thank you.
