Suddenly the menu has changed the entries

Hello,
Is there a bug known that Okular is changing suddenly the menu entries? Now I have in the menu the entries: {No Text, View, Edit, Go Bookmarks, Tools, No Text, No Text}. And there is suddenly also no entry "Print" in the 1st Menu item (I guess it's the 'File' option). I also missing an "About Okular' option to find out which version I'm running. Btw. This an installation on Linux Mint v20.3 PS why is the attachment option here in this phpBB forum disabled?
