Some PDF documents that I open make the contents pane appear on the left. Is there a way to hide it?

It should just be a matter of hitting F7. Or, in the settings menu: select "Show navigation menu". Either way it works as a toggle: select it, and it goes away. Select it again, and it will return.

OK, it works, but it's counterintuitive. When I opened the document, it displayed the contents pane, but Settings -> Show Navigation Panel was deselected (so I naturally thought it wasn't the option I was looking for). If I select it, then to the left of the contents pane appears another pane (bookmarks, etc) and if I deselect it again then all the panes disappear.
Anyway, problem solved. Thanks. |
