When I print a page off a PDF in Okular, it prints the page super tiny.
Is there a way to print at a chosen scale/zoom? |

If the PDF page is taking up a full page, then unfortunately it cannot perform any further increase in size. If it appears to have been reduced, and is only taking up half, or a quarter of the page, then check the Page options.
They are located at Okular > File > Print > Options > Page. Make sure "Pages per sheet" is 1.

Well "Fit Page" has it at 825%. At 100%, the page is the size of my thumb, literally.
On the Print Options @ Pages you suggest, I'm not sure what I need to select. There's: Pages Per Sheet Page Border Banner Pages Page Label Mirror Pages |

Ok, it appears that this is an abnormally sized PDF... Your best bet in this case would be to use KSnapshot to take a picture of the enlarged PDF - then print that screenshot, as a workaround for this.
