Hello why can't i install Workspace Theme

Dear Friends, I installed KDE NEON Plasma 5.8.5 on my Ubuntu 16.04.1 successfully, however, when I go to configure in / waec runs/ System Preferences / Appearance / Workspace Themes /, the interface freezes and I can not do But nothing since it is stuck there, there being no choice but to close System Preferences from the Main Panel. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a solution for this or you can send me a Download Mp3 to listen that will go a long way in assisting me.
