I updated to KDE 4.9.1 on openSUSE 12.1. After I solved yesterday the crashes of the plasma-desktop (by deleting the configuration files) I have to get digikam working, It crashes all the time. Deleting the config files does not help.

QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection 'ConnectionTest' is still in use, all queries will cease to work.

Can you please generate a backtrace using the Developer Information tab, and post that here?
Also, please make sure your packages are fully up to date, as it is possible you got an incomplete update.
