Hello,

I have Mageia 3 and KDE 4.10.5.

I cannot connet my Cannon IXUS 220 HS for transfearing photos. I could not find USB storage mode for this camera.

I'm able to transfer photos using a command: gphoto2 --get-all-files with out any problem.

I have this output in terminal when using digikam:
QSqlDatabasePrivate::removeDatabase: connection 'ConnectionTest' is still in use, all queries will cease to work.

In Dolphin, i go to the place "camera:/" but the window it is empty.
When I plug the camera to my computer, I have well the device´s notification in system tray appeared and it proposes me to choose gwenviw, digikam or dolphin to open the contents of the camera. Any action I choose, I have no success, the applications dont find any photo.

Thank you!

Is anything output in ~/.xsession-errors when you open camera:/ in Dolphin?
Based on what you have posted, it looks like it could be a permissions or library issue - although that wouldn't explain why the gphoto2 command was successful.
