I use Ubuntu MATE 16.04 which uses Gnome Desktop.

I am trying to use DigiKam to send email and got something like this error message:

Couldn't find /tmp/kipi-sendimages-7693/BLAdEc/myImageName in Temporary Directory Settings

I could not find any Temporary Directory Settings

I am wondering if this problem is related to previous post about not being able to set my tooltip background color( April 18 this forum).

I must be missing some key KDE programs/files etc. I so please tell me how to get them, install them , and use them.
