This is my first post and my first day with digikam. I am not overly clever when it comes to computers, that's why I have a Mac.

However, this expensive piece of electronic waste is checking the "digiKam-5.5.0-01-MacOS-x86-64.pkg" since hours now. No progress at all. I downloaded again and tried again, same problem.

So, I am not really ready to start learning more about digikam...

Any suggestions what I can do?
