The windows 64 bit binaries on https://files.kde.org/digikam have not been updated yet ( 6.12.2017 / 19:00 gmt+1 ).
I wonder if there is a failure in the building pipeline, since all other binaries are quite up to date.

I cannot find a link / pointer where / why it failed, so maybe someone can help ?
