digiKam 5.9.0 on Windows 10. Whenever I open it, the main window opens with its upper-left corner at the center of the screen and consequently, the bottom of the window disapearing off the bottom of my screen. My first task is always to move and resize the window. "Remembering" the size and position of the window is standard functionality in Windows and I feel digiKam should honour this.

What is more annoying is that, when I open a dialog box, and the tag manager is one I use a lot, this also opens at the centre of the digiKam window and, often, "behind" the main digiKam window. I have to move the main window around to actually find the dialog and move it where I can see it and use it. Again, remembering the size and position of dialog boxes is standard Windows functionality.
