Hi, Just discovered digiKam, looking for a replacement for Windows Photo Gallery.

digiKam looks ideal but the only thing I cant seem to get it to do is, display all images when I click on the Albums top folder.

I have a folder called "Server Pictures" and under that I have a number of sub folders. In windows Photo Gallery if you clicked on the top folder it displayed all photos, including sub folders. You could then drill down to the sub folders folders.

Is there a way to do this in digiKam?

Kind regards

Dave

I have just noticed that the Tags explorer works fine, i.e. if you click on the root tag it shows all the images in the root and all the sub tags, this is how I want Albums to function.

Thank you!
In my opinion, this should definitely be the default behavior
