Where is the Liquid Rescale function?

Hello,

Lately, I'm using digikam to manage my photos. Very nice program. Before that, I used Adobe for a very long time, but I wanted to switch more and more over to open source software, and I guess I found digikam a profound alternative in conjunction with other photo editing tools.

I stumbled upon a feature call Liquid Rescale. It was meant to be the respective implementation in digikam what is called content aware scaling in Photoshop. But I can't find that function anywhere in digikam. Where is it? Even the documentation is empty there. One of the first online references to a digikam implementation is ten years old, so should I conclude there used to be that liquid rescale function, but then it got - which would be very pity - removed to whatever reason?

Nevertheless, digikam is a nice little program. I wonder why I never stumbled over it, since it's also a free tool anyway.
