Local MYSQL DB issue

Sat Dec 28, 2019 12:33 am
Hello,

I just tried to migrade from sqlite to mysql local (mariadb) on Windows 10. The migration seems to have gone ok, but I noticed that most of the thumbnails were not migrated. I rescanned all files and Digikam seems fine.

However in the logs I have this:

Code: Select all
2019-12-28  1:29:16 36 [ERROR] InnoDB: Page [page id: space=26, page number=24355] log sequence number 180112068 is in the future! Current system log sequence number 1031124.
2019-12-28  1:29:16 36 [ERROR] InnoDB: Your database may be corrupt or you may have copied the InnoDB tablespace but not the InnoDB log files. Please refer to https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/innodb-recovery-modes/ for information about forcing recovery.

I opened the DB in HeidiSQL while Digikam was running and saw the following error when doing local DB check.

Code: Select all
digikam.tagstree: Error: digikam.tagstree is not of type 'BASE TABLE'

What is the cause of this, and can I fix it somehow?

I've removed the DB and re-migrated from my sqlite backups, but the same thing happened. So I opened the sql directly in a running mysql instance and did recovery on it. All looked good until I hand the db back to Digikam when the same issue comes back. Perhaps it is corrupting the innodb logs somehow?
