I have newly registered here in the forum and am looking forward to the
exchange.

I am using Linux Mint 19.3, so far I have used Digikam 6.4 as appimage. With
this I could store the database as well as my photo collection via NFS on
the NAS.
Now to my question: Now I have installed Digikam 7.1 by flatpack. When
running the assistant I can't do both. Digikam does not allow the path
/mnt/NAS/home/... This path cannot be selected - not even for the photo
collection.
Furthermore the wizard tells me that the database cannot be stored via nfs,
Samba or other file systems.

Can I really not select the NAS?
