I am able to search and find duplicates, however, the remove duplicates button is greyed out. I've tried selecting specific files and other options but it remains greyed out. The amount of duplicates precludes manual deletion which appears to be an option.

I had the same problem then i changed Restrict to: "One of" and it deleted all dups
