Looks like the thumbnail of an existing image gets reset (i.e. disappears) after adding / editing a tag, when the underlying picture / video file is not on the file system. I sometimes don't have all of the files available, but I want to be able to modify tags that get stored in the database. Is there any way to do this without having the thumbnail getting reset if the picture is not currently on the file system?
